Rates include utilities and wifi, with no setup fees or account transfers to arrange. ### Are these homes furnished? Fully. Kitchens are equipped, beds are made, and linens and towels are provided. These are the same homes we rent to vacation guests, so the standard is a furnished vacation home rather than a bare corporate apartment. ### Which areas do you have extended stays in? Currently in Willamette Valley wine country around McMinnville and Carlton , plus Mt Hood and the Oregon Coast . Inventory shifts seasonally, so ask us what's open for your dates. ### Can I bring pets on a long stay? Many extended-stay homes are pet friendly . Longer stays sometimes carry a different pet deposit, so we'll confirm the details when we quote your dates. ### When is the best value for a long stay? Winter is the value season across all three of our regions. Demand drops sharply from November through February, which is when extended stays price best and availability is widest. ### Do you work with insurance temporary housing placements? Yes. Displaced-family placements are a regular part of what we do, and we're used to working with adjusters and relocation coordinators on dates, documentation, and extensions when repairs run long. Reach out with your claim timeline and we'll tell you what's available. ### Can you handle corporate billing and paperwork? Message us before booking and we'll set up the paperwork on our end. We handle assignment stays regularly and can accommodate the documentation most companies need for expense reporting. ### Is the wifi good enough to work from? Every home has reliable high-speed wifi and somewhere real to work — a desk or a dedicated table, not a kitchen counter. If you're running video calls all day or need a specific setup, tell us and we'll match you to the right property. ### We're thinking about moving here. Is a month a good way to test it?
