If you want the fence height, the material, or whether the gate latches properly, message us and we'll check the actual property rather than the actual listing. ### Can my dog be off-leash in the yard? In an enclosed yard, under your supervision — that's the point of these homes. Two notes worth reading. Our standard pet terms ask that dogs be leashed outdoors, which is written for properties without fencing and if you have any doubt about the home you're booking, ask us to confirm. Second, dogs still need to be leashed anywhere off the property. ### Do you allow cats? No — dogs only, across our entire portfolio. We know "pet friendly" reads as broader than that, and it's the single most common question we get. Service animals are handled separately; contact us and we'll walk through it. ### How many dogs, and what's the fee? It varies by home, so check the listing before you book — the fee runs per dog, per stay, and most homes cap at two. If you're traveling with three, ask rather than assume; sometimes we can make it work and sometimes the answer is genuinely no. Only registered dogs with the fee paid are permitted, and an undisclosed dog carries a $500 charge. ### Is there anywhere nearby to walk them? Yes, and it's different in each region — the Mt. Hood homes put you on forest trails, the McMinnville homes are a walk from Third Street, and Castello Del Mare in Newport is near the coast.
