# Luxury Vacation Rentals Canonical: https://www.cascadiagetaways.com/luxury-vacation-rentals-oregon Not the biggest homes. Not the most expensive. The best-finished ones. Every property in this collection has been recently renovated to a standard you notice the moment you walk in. Chef's kitchens with real ranges and stone counters. Bathrooms that were gutted, not refreshed. Furniture that was chosen rather than ordered by the set. The kind of house where nothing in the listing photos is doing work the place can't back up when you arrive. We keep this list deliberately short. A home earns its way in on finish level and how recently it was renovated — not on square footage, not on nightly rate, and not because it photographs well. Plenty of homes we love aren't here, and that's the point. Spanning Mt. Hood, the Oregon Coast, and Willamette Valley wine country. Cascadia Getaways is employee-owned and Oregon-based, with a local team that has been inside every one of these houses. Booking direct saves 15–20% against the platform fees — at this end of the portfolio, a meaningful number. ## Homes - [Summers Hill - Newly Built Wine Country Estate](https://www.cascadiagetaways.com/properties/summers-hill-newly-built-wine-country-estate-carlton.md) — 2 bedrooms · Sleeps 8 - [Promenade 403 - Oceanfront Oasis - Magical Views](https://www.cascadiagetaways.com/properties/promenade-403-oceanfront-oasis-magical-views-seaside.md) — 2 bedrooms · Sleeps 6 - [Mule Deer - Grand Mt. Recent renovation and finish level, full stop. We look at when the kitchen and bathrooms were last done, the quality of the materials, and whether the furnishings were designed as a whole rather than assembled. Size and nightly rate don't factor in — some of our largest and most expensive homes aren't here. ### Are these bigger than your other homes? Not necessarily. The collection spans a range of sizes, because this is about how a home is finished rather than how many people it sleeps. If you need square footage, our large group and reunion rentals are organized around exactly that. ### What should I expect in the kitchen? Real cooking kitchens — full-size ranges, proper counter space, and equipment you can actually make a meal with. Several were built specifically for people who cook, which matters in wine country when the restaurants book out. ### Is it worth the premium over a standard rental? For a milestone trip, guests tell us the difference is obvious and worth it. For a practical weekend, our hot tub rentals and water view homes deliver much of the same experience for less. ### Where are these homes located? The collection spans all three of our regions — Mt. Hood , the Oregon Coast , and Willamette Valley wine country . The list shifts as homes join our portfolio and as guest ratings move. ### Do homes get added or removed? Yes. As we take on new properties and as owners complete renovations, the list changes. A home that hasn't been touched in several years comes off — otherwise the label stops meaning anything.
