"My parents never had been to PNW and this was perfect. The house is beautiful, the location is phenomenal and everything was so peaceful. We were even able to see the Northern Lights by driving 15 minutes up the road. My whole family loved it!

"This place sits in the lap of absolute beauty of Mt Hood! The place is but aged but don’t let that be primary factor as it has lot more to offer. Open kitchen, Beautiful deck, back yard and even beautiful bedrooms. Really liked the layout and location of this rental!

"We rented the house for a family reunion. Everyone enjoyed the location and the house. Being in a private location right on the river was amazing. We loved the sound of the river and the view from the back deck. In fact, the huge deck was where we spent most of the time, enjoying the view, the sound of the river, and the company of family. The house was very spacious, and the two master bedrooms were amazing. I highly recommend this place.

"The house was very big with comfortable beds and lots of room for hanging out together or having your own quiet space. The AC worked well to keep the house cool. Can't beat the location! Right on the river, across the street from the community pool, and a nice walkable neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking equipment, but no basic necessities such as oil, sugar, spices, foil, etc., so come prepared.

"Plenty of room for our family gathering of 12 for a few days right next to the Sandy River. We enjoyed the location to nearby hiking and mountain biking. The home had a very nice back porch to sit and relax, listening to the river with our coffee each morning was one of our favorite experiences there. The community tennis courts and pool were walking distance, which was really nice. The home could use some repairs but overall the home felt comfortable and safe and we hope to return again sometime. We had great response time to anything we needed or questions we had too.

"This home was so relaxing, quiet, and tranquil. We had a large group of family with kids and teens, every one was so comfortable. The community pool was perfect, the walk to the river was nice, sitting on the deck in the morning with coffee was peaceful. The home had everything we needed for cooking and making our stay so enjoyable. The management and owner were very attentive, the owner stopped by to help with a baseboard heater. We will definitely be making this home a yearly retreat for our families. Thank you again

"If I was just rating the outdoors and the property management team this place would get 5 stars. We ate all of our meals on the deck next to the river- this was so amazing and exactly what we needed. We went running multiple times on the Salmon River trail which was only a 15 minute drive- it could not have been more enjoyable. The property management team always responded within minutes to any and all request or questions. The house itself was great- we had plenty of space for all 10 of us. There were multiple outlets that did not work and the internet was spotty (property management team helped). We had a lovely time together with family in this beautiful location.
