My favorite part was sitting in the rocking chair on the back deck in the sun, listening to the river. Comfortable beds, tons of windows for natural light/river views, super-fast WiFi throughout, and plenty of bathrooms/showers for all. Was a great place to spend with multiple families!
We had such a wonderful stay here. Wow! Peaceful and breathtaking views! The roaring of the river is hard to beat. Inside feels warm and inviting, with beautiful artwork and thoughtfully chosen decor as if transported to a different place! The large, long table in the dining area was perfect for our meals, board games, crafts, and just spending time together. The kitchen is well-stocked with supplies and seasonings, and new appliances to use. Lodge bedrooms are very comfortable, and we appreciated the separate thermostats to accommodate each one's temperature. Lots to enjoy here: movies, board games, and books for all ages. Our teenage daughter didn't want to leave, which says it all! The hosts were eager to help, quick to respond, and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this lodge! Thank you!
Recently stayed at Cascade Getaway Airbnb for a girls weekend and it was perfect! Loved that we each got our own space and our own bathroom. We could enjoy each other's company without feeling like we were on top of each other. You could tell the hosts were very thoughtful and intentional with how the space was set up, down to the little details like having built in white noise machines in every bedroom. The beds were very comfortable and everything was decorated simply but functional. The kitchen was well stocked and all the appliances worked very well. My favorite thing was to get up every morning, make my coffee, and sit on the back deck and take in the sounds of the roaring water. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again!
Our 8 night stay at Roaring River Lodge was exceptional! There was great attention to detail and the accommodation was an impressive balance of luxury, nature, and practical hospitality. The proximity to activities such as hiking and swimming was very nice and the lodge provided a nice home base for our family to relax, play games, and enjoy the natural white noise of the Sandy River. The rooms were all well appointed and the beds were comfortable! Amenities such as the fire pit were a hit with kids. We also appreciated how well stocked the Kitchen was with everything we needed for our week long stay. This was one of our most memorable getaways and we look forward to booking the lodge again soon! This place is incredible. My family only used a small portion because this place is huge. Gotta hand it to how well it is designed. Great base camp for exploring Mt Hood.
We love this home. Looks luxurious and clean .The river on the backside is the best. The hosts were very patient and responsive to all my questions. I would highly recommend for everyone to stay here .

It was a lovely stay! Beautiful home and everything we needed. There were a couple hornets nests but we told the owner and they were responsive. Great for family groups and it was a very peaceful and relaxing setting.

Honestly, we have no words short of every single part of this home was amazing. Everything looks exactly like the pictures.. well the pictures can’t even do it justice because it looks even better in person. We’d book again & 100% recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway. They communicate so well too & will make sure everything is sorted for you. We had a great time & appreciated the immediate responses for anything.
