Getting Around

Once you arrive at the Sand & Sea, you may park your car in the designated guest parking area. Chances are you won't need your ride to explore Seaside--walk out the door to The Prom and the Beach or Broadway Ave and downtown to shops and restaurants! A car is recommended for visiting nearby destinations or exploring up and down the coast.

Cancellation Terms: Fully refundable up to 5 days before check in, then booking becomes non refundable.
Payment Terms: 50% is due at booking and remainder 30 days before check in. If booking checks in less than 30 days 100% is due at booking.

"We love the Sand and Sea! It's the only place we stay when we come to Seaside. Every unit we've stayed in has been clean and comfortable. It's a great place to come relax and to be right in the heart of Seaside.

"We had a wonderful, peaceful weekend in beautiful *610- the gulls nest . The unit was spotless and warm. A perfect place to unwind after a busy thanksgiving. The view is lovely and quiet, there is a comfy bed and cozy fireplace.

"Fantastic location. Clear view of the ocean and beach as shown in the photos. The sixth floor location allows views over the adjacent building. Unit was nicely furnished, clean and well maintained. The kitchen was very usable and well equipped. Check-in was easy with a staffed front-desk. Plenty of parking available. The management company was very communicative and provided clear directions for check-in and use of the unit. Would definitely stay here again!

"The condo was exactly as described and seen in the photos. The place was very clean and quiet with great taste in decor. Furniture was comfortable, easy to relax in. The kitchen was full size, had everything you could need for making meals if that’s what you prefer. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, looking right over the roof of the next building. You can see and hear the ocean, as well as take in a great view of the hills to the south, just beautiful and relaxing. The long Promenade was just steps away from this location. We would love to stay there again on our visit to Seaside.

"Had a great time in Seaside. The view from the property was spectacular. Great place to watch the sun set over the ocean and hike along the beach. The walkable proximity to downtown Seaside made this a perfect location for a beach vacation.
