No pets outside Registered Services Animals that must be registered with the HOA, failure to do so results in a $250 fine.
Please note parking is on a first-come, first-serve with limited spaces out front. You may have to park a second vehicle alongside the road. You will need a snow pass to access certain areas for parking, including alongside the street out front.
**The HOA manages all common areas including the hallways, rec room, laundry room, entry doors, heating system and the pool. The HOA occasionally has to close certain areas for repairs and often times does not communicate to us when common areas are closed for repairs. Your rental is for the room only, all other amenities cannot be guaranteed as they are outside of our control, if they are open and functioning you are welcome to use them. No refunds or discounts will be provided due to the lack of an HOA managed amenity.**

Getting Around

Ski bowl, restaurants, bars and shops are in walking distance including a small grocery store. A car is recommended. Though more transit options are growing. The Mt Hood Express or Hoodland Shuttle Co are great options for transportation services to and around the mountain.

Cancellation Terms: Fully refundable up to 5 days before check in, then booking becomes non refundable.
Payment Terms: 50% is due at booking and remainder 30 days before check in. If booking checks in less than 30 days 100% is due at booking.

"Very peasant and would stay again ☺ - The property was in a great location, clean and very roomy for our family of 4. Although we didn’t use the kitchen for nothing other than making coffee, it seemed to be well stocked. My young boys appreciated being able to watch Disney Plus and Netflix. Pool was closed and never went to the rec room. ☹ - I’d say everything was great.. other than one very minor thing. My boys wanted to play with a couple of the games in the unit which were missing parts. Really no big deal.. they just decided to watch movies.

"My husband, 7-year-old grandson, and I stayed two nights at Thunderhead Lodge. The condo has a ski-lodge vibe to it, feels roomy and cozy at the same time, and is well-stocked with just about everything you need. The kitchen had ample space for preparing meals. The bathroom looked newly remodeled and was nicely decorated. The pool water was clean, crystal clear, AND felt like bath water. When they say ‘’heated pool’’, they mean it! The location is great; within minutes of Mount Hood/Timberline Lodge, good eateries, and the Mt Hood SkiBowl (action park). The building is very old; some features of the building and our condo were a work in progress or needed upgrading. For example, the game room and laundry room were closed for renovations. All in all, we had a very nice time--we took a pole and our ratings varied. My husband gave it a 3.5, I lean more towards a 4. However, our grandson gave it a two-thumbs up 5-star rating! As far as I’m concerned, that’s the one that matters most!

"The condo was as expected. It was a little difficult to get inside with the door codes, but they provided very clear direction in my check-in instructions to mitigate this issue. The proximity and location are great for recreation around the area. The unit had everything we needed including plenty of towels and kitchen access. I found the main rooms bed to be very comfortable. Overall, we will definitely be back.

"We stayed with our two year olds and the pool was a great temperature. The interesting carpeted platform bed in the living room was also a toddler hit. The unit overall was great. Walking distance to Mt. Hood Brewing was nice. We'd likely stay here again!
