Oceanfront in Lincoln City’s Roads End, with your own stairs to the sand. Hot tub, fire pit, open floor plan and modern design forward finishes will have you not wanting to leave!

About this property

Oceanfront in Lincoln City’s north end (Roads End), with your own stairs to the sand. Soak in the hot tub as the sun drops into the Pacific, then move to the fire pit and listen to the waves. Inside, a remodeled open kitchen flows into a modern living and dining room with ocean views from nearly every seat, plus a fireplace. Three bedrooms sleep 6, with a private king suite. Parking for 3 and a Level 2 EV charger. Managed by Cascadia Getaways for professional service.

You see the ocean from the first step inside--4 steps. The front door opens straight into the recently remodeled open kitchen. It has bar stools, a dishwasher, a full set of cookware, with French press and kettle.

The kitchen flows into the living and dining room. Big windows face the beach. You’ll find a fireplace for after a cold day on the water, a smart TV, a record player, and plenty of seats for checking whether the surf is up.

Sleeping arrangements:
- Primary suite (king): A few steps down from the laundry room, apart from the rest of the house. It has its own en suite bathroom, a smart TV, a desk for remote work, and its own door to the front yard.
- Queen bedroom: Off the dining room, with a reading nook. A curtain opens to the dining room, so you can see the ocean from bed. A second door leads into the kitchen, so morning coffee is close.
- Twin room (2 single beds): Off the living room. A good fit for kids.

Bathrooms: The second bathroom sits off the laundry room, which gives it more privacy than one off the living room. It’s been renovated and has a step-in shower. The laundry room has a washer and dryer for longer stays.

Outside: The back deck has the hot tub, with the fire pit as well. Both facing the water, so you keep the view whichever you choose. Lower down, a seating area sheltered by shrubs puts you closer to the sunset and out of the wind. Private stairs lead down to the beach. There is almost no other home like this one in terms of beach access, set up to catch the surf when it is good without any other obstacles in your way. Out front there’s a covered patio with a BBQ and dining table.

Notes from your host

- Stairs: The primary suite is a few steps down, and the beach is reached by stairs. Keep that in mind if anyone in your group has limited mobility.
- Queen bedroom privacy: The bedroom closes off from the dining room with a curtain, not a door.
- Ocean safety: Oregon’s surf is cold and powerful. Sneaker waves and rip currents happen. Never turn your back on the ocean, and keep kids close on the beach.
- Fire pit and hot tub: Follow posted rules and any seasonal fire restrictions.
- Not pet friendly, please make arrangements if you have a pet. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.

We are available 24/7 if you need any support or have any questions. We will check in to see if you have any questions or need anything otherwise you will have the place to your selves.
