The whole house is oriented toward the trees and the river. Walls of floor-to-ceiling glass pull the forest indoors, and warm cedar, wood-slat ceilings and pale wide-plank floors keep it feeling like a retreat rather than a showroom.

The kitchen is built for people who love to cook and entertain: a generous island to gather around, with double wall ovens, a Monogram built-in pizza oven, a wine fridge, built-in beverage drawers and an dedicated in-drawer ice maker. Or cook outside with the built in BBQ grill.

The game room is the loudest room in the house in the best way, with a full-size pool table, darts and its own wall of canopy views. The main-floor primary suite has a walk-in closet, rain-head shower, and wakes up to glass on two sides. A second bedroom sits on the main floor with dedicated bathroom. A large laundry room is on the main floor as well. Upstairs are two more bedrooms each with their own en suite bathroom and river views.

Outside is where this home really separates itself from other rentals. Private trails wind down the cliff through the woods to the Yamhill River. Up top, a putting green, a hot tub, a sauna, and covered outdoor space with infrared heat lamps so the season stretches well past summer.

This home is a wonderful space for events and gatherings with tandem parking up to 10 cars in the driveway and garage with high speed EV charging capability. Overnight occupancy is limited to 8 guests.

Other Things to Note:

- This is a true riverfront property on a natural cliff, and the trails down to the Yamhill River are steep, uneven and unlit. Access to the trails and the river is entirely at your own risk. Guests use the trails, the riverbank and the river itself at their own liability, and are responsible for their own safety and that of anyone in their party.

- Children should never be on the trails or at the water without close adult supervision. There are no lifeguards, no swim-safe zones and no river rescue services — water levels, current and submerged hazards change with the season and after rain.

- Please wear real footwear, stay on the marked trails, and do not attempt the trails after dark, during storms or after drinking. The hot tub and sauna are also used at your own risk; no diving, no glass, and please review the posted instructions before use.

- Driveway and garage parking only, no street parking.

- Minimum Age is 25 years

Situated in an unassuming neighborhood next to the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum, you're in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country, minutes from downtown McMinnville's Third Street tasting rooms, chef-driven restaurants, bakeries and bookshops with dozens of Pinot Noir producers in the surrounding hills.

Guests have the entire home and the full property from private trails, putting green, hot tub, sauna and all outdoor living areas. Private driveway parking with Tesla level 2 charging.

A car is recommended. Downtown McMinnville is a short drive, Portland International Airport is roughly an hour and a half northeast, and the valley's wineries are best explored by car or a hired wine-tour driver. We have car services recommended in the home guide.
