Monthly Rentals

Some stays aren't trips. A three-month project. A house you can't live in while it's being rebuilt. A new job in a town you haven't decided about yet. These are furnished Oregon homes available by the month — real houses with real kitchens, set up for people who need somewhere to actually live for a while. Remote workers get fast wifi and a proper place to work, not a laptop on a kitchen counter. Corporate and project assignments get straightforward monthly terms and dates that can extend when the timeline slips. Insurance placements get a whole house — pets, kids, and all — while yours is being repaired. And if you're weighing a move to the Willamette Valley or the Oregon Coast, a month here tells you far more than a weekend does: what the town feels like on a Tuesday, which neighborhood suits you, how the drive actually goes. One-bedroom cottages to five-bedroom farmhouses. Fully furnished, utilities and wifi included, in-unit laundry, nothing to set up or transfer. One cleaning fee spread across a month instead of a weekend. Cascadia Getaways is employee-owned and Oregon-based, managed by a team that lives in these towns. Every home here has hosted a month-plus stay before — this isn't inventory we're guessing about. Send us your dates and we'll quote it directly.

Lovely, newly renovated space. We had a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean. There is a full kitchen with everything you need. There is no front desk but you can contact the property through text message, with very quick responses. There is free parking on site. This resembles more a vacation rental stay rather than a typical motel.

Lovely home, extremely well maintained (felt brand new), around the corner from the adorable town of Carlton. Host was responsive, instructions were clear, and the photos were 100% accurate. Would absolutely stay at Pinot Place again.

We came with our grandchildren to celebrate family and birthdays. The property had everything you need to make meals. The beds were comfy and the floor space offered an upstairs hangout as well as a downstairs living room. The staff were great about promptly answering any questions we may have. It's a warm and inviting place to stay.

This was my first trip up to Oregon and this motel honestly made the trip even better! The decorations were so cute and had everything stocked that I would possibly need! The thoughtfulness of the white noise maker was amazing, even the little details like seasonings and board games! The communication was great before/during/and after my stay and made the whole process worry free! I will definitely be booking with you guys again soon! :) thank you again so much for such a cozy memory❤️

Our stay was enjoyable. The home had every amenity we needed. It was comfortable especially the bed in the primary room. The lay out is great for a family w/ the primary bed downstairs and the other bedrooms, bathrooms and a small living room/hang out space upstairs for kids. Plenty of games and puzzles for time spent indoors and a lovely quiet neighborhood. Host is responsive and helpful.

Frequently asked questions

These properties accept bookings of 28 nights or longer. Some also take shorter stays; a few are extended-stay only. Each property page shows its minimum.

Extended stays are priced differently from nightly rates — you're not paying peak weekend pricing across thirty days. Rates depend on the property, the season, and the length of stay, and longer bookings generally price better per night. Find the right property or properties for your stay and message us with your dates and we'll quote it. Some homes are priced to book as is.

Yes. Rates include utilities and wifi, with no setup fees or account transfers to arrange.

Fully. Kitchens are equipped, beds are made, and linens and towels are provided. These are the same homes we rent to vacation guests, so the standard is a furnished vacation home rather than a bare corporate apartment.

Currently in Willamette Valley wine country around McMinnville and Carlton, plus Mt Hood and the Oregon Coast. Inventory shifts seasonally, so ask us what's open for your dates.

Many extended-stay homes are pet friendly. Longer stays sometimes carry a different pet deposit, so we'll confirm the details when we quote your dates.

Winter is the value season across all three of our regions. Demand drops sharply from November through February, which is when extended stays price best and availability is widest.

Yes. Displaced-family placements are a regular part of what we do, and we're used to working with adjusters and relocation coordinators on dates, documentation, and extensions when repairs run long. Reach out with your claim timeline and we'll tell you what's available.

Message us before booking and we'll set up the paperwork on our end. We handle assignment stays regularly and can accommodate the documentation most companies need for expense reporting.

Every home has reliable high-speed wifi and somewhere real to work — a desk or a dedicated table, not a kitchen counter. If you're running video calls all day or need a specific setup, tell us and we'll match you to the right property.

It's one of the better ways to do it. A month in McMinnville, Portland, Rhododendron or Carlton tells you what the town actually feels like on a Tuesday, which neighborhoods you like, and how the commute works — none of which a weekend visit reveals.

Usually, yes — projects run long and repairs take longer than anyone estimates. Extensions depend on what's booked after you, so the earlier you flag it the better. We'd rather keep you in the same house than move you. The sooner you can let us know the better in case your home books. We often have other homes we can offer if that happens.

Many of these homes are pet friendly, which matters when you're displaced or relocating and the whole household is coming with you.
