Relaxing and modern home. My family and I stayed there during Christmas, and we appreciated that they put up a Christmas tree along with Christmas decor around the house. It gave the house a warm and cozy feel. Would love to visit this property again.

Cascadia does a great job managing their bookings and properties. This is my third time renting Brightside retreat in Welches. It offers so much for family vacations. We enjoy it for golf, swimming, hiking and ping-pong. The great room kitchen dining room way out are ideal for entertaining. Also has a beautiful rear deck with privacy. You can hear the Salmon river below. If this were my property, I would add a hot tub on the rear deck to complete the amenities… Thanks, Cascadia getaway for doing a great job Michael D

The host was so accommodating and the fact that we didn't have to do a lot prior to departure was very refreshing. This was a beautiful, equipped home with everything we needed for our holiday stay.

Such an amazing stay! The place was super clean, cozy, and had so many games which made it really fun and relaxing. Everything was well set up and you can tell a lot of care went into it. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

The house is well kept and large, as are the bedrooms. Beautiful landscaping on the property and golf course out the back windows. Great service and responses from property management when I asked questions.
