The location of this property was great for a quick walk into Seaside or onto the beach or a short drive to Cannon Beach or Astoria. The condo had a very comfy feel and the view with the floor to ceiling windows could not be beat. The staff were very helpful and always available before and during our stay for any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

The view from our condo at Sand & Sea was truly spectacular. We enjoyed the sunsets and people watching on the beach. We had everything we needed for a a very peaceful stay. Being right on the Prom was a plus for daily walks. Construction on the building was not a problem, parking was easy and the staff was helpful and courteous. Thanks for a beautiful sister trip on the Oregon coast.

It was a great unit and we love the ocean views. I did lower the rating on accuracy as we were not happy that the second bedroom didn't have a door due to interior work being done. We also didn't like the torn up wall over the fireplace. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay.

The unit we rented was very nice, with a great full view of the ocean. Though the weather varied through our stay, we enjoyed the outdoor deck when it was warm, and just enjoyed the view from inside when it was raining.

Great place as advertised! Just phenomenal views with very comfortable furnishings and beds. The kitchen was well stocked as well. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the condo and its views! Just awesome. Comfy beds. Everything worked. Location is awesome. There is construction going on on the exterior facing town. It didnt affect our stay but not sure about weekday stays! Loved the property!

Outstanding home, beautiful spacious kitchen well outfitted for cooking, comfortable open-plan upstairs living area, plenty of room for family and nice living room and game area downstairs. Nice amenities and great location with direct beach access. Would stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay, the only thing I wish was different is that we stayed longer ☺️. The views are incredible the condo was so peaceful. Easy access to the beach and fun around town. Next time we will have to stay a little longer.

The condo was so lovely and the view was so beautiful we hardly wanted to leave!

We had 7 adults & 1 child. The house worked out for all of us. Beautiful view, close to beach access. I would definitely rent again.
