Large Group & Reunion Rentals
Getting everyone under one roof is the whole point. Our large group rentals span Mt. Hood, the Oregon Coast, and Willamette Valley wine country — homes with the square footage, the bedroom count, and the long dining tables that make a reunion actually work. Spaces also may work for events, retreats or corporate off sites and gatherings. Please reach out first for any events that will go over home occupancy limits or commercial events. These are the properties we send families to when a hotel block won't do: multiple gathering spaces so the kids and the grandparents aren't on top of each other, kitchens built for cooking one big meal instead of six small ones, and enough parking for a caravan. Cascadia Getaways is employee-owned and Oregon-based. Every home is managed by a local team, and booking direct saves 15–20% against the fees you'd pay on Airbnb or Vrbo — which adds up quickly when you're splitting a week between families.
