Large Group & Reunion Rentals
Getting everyone under one roof is the whole point. Our large group rentals span Mt. Hood, the Oregon Coast, and Willamette Valley wine country — homes with the square footage, the bedroom count, and the long dining tables that make a reunion actually work. Spaces also may work for events, retreats or corporate off sites and gatherings. Please reach out first for any events that will go over home occupancy limits or commercial events. These are the properties we send families to when a hotel block won't do: multiple gathering spaces so the kids and the grandparents aren't on top of each other, kitchens built for cooking one big meal instead of six small ones, and enough parking for a caravan. Cascadia Getaways is employee-owned and Oregon-based. Every home is managed by a local team, and booking direct saves 15–20% against the fees you'd pay on Airbnb or Vrbo — which adds up quickly when you're splitting a week between families.

How many people can your largest rentals sleep?
Sleeping capacity and bed configuration are listed on each property page. If you're planning around a specific headcount, our 4 bedroom rentals are a good starting point, and several homes in this collection go larger. We have listed on this page our largest homes but if you need to rent multiple homes to fit everyone, this guide will help find those.
Can we book two homes near each other for a bigger group?
Often, yes. Our Sand & Sea Condos in Seaside and our Government Camp properties cluster several units close together, which works well when one house isn't quite enough. Do you allow events, weddings, or parties?
Some homes do allow events, please reach out to us if you are having an event (chat icon, email [email protected] or text/call at 971-350-1869). Nightly occupancy limits are strictly enforced, however, some homes are well suited for events.
Which areas have the best large group options?
Mt. Hood and the Oregon Coast hold our largest inventory. Browse Mt. Hood vacation rentals for cabins and lodges near skiing and hiking, or Oregon Coast rentals for beach houses. Willamette Valley wine country has a smaller but well-suited set of larger homes.
Is there a minimum stay for large homes?
Most large properties carry a two to three night minimum, extending over holidays and peak weekends. The exact minimum is shown on each property's booking calendar.
Can we bring dogs?
Many of our larger homes are pet friendly. See our pet friendly rentals for the full list, and check individual property pages for pet fees and limits. Several also include a hot tub , which tends to be the first thing everyone finds after a long drive.
