About this property
Oceanfront at Roads End in Lincoln City, with one of the few lawns in the area that runs all the way to the sand. Soak in the hot tub as the sun sinks into the Pacific, then gather around the fire pit and listen to the waves. Inside, an impeccably remodeled open kitchen flows into a modern living and dining room with ocean views from nearly every seat and a cozy gas fireplace. Three bedrooms sleep 6, including a private king suite. Parking for 3. Professionally managed by Cascadia Getaways.
Don’t let the unassuming exterior fool you. This beach bungalow opens into an impeccably remodeled home that rewards anyone who explores it.
Whatever the weather, the living and dining room is where everyone wants to be. Big windows keep the beach in view, and on a blustery day, storm watching becomes the main event for the storm watchers in the group. The fireplace, smart TV, and record player make any afternoon feel like a treat. Plenty of seating means there’s always a spot to watch the surf roll in, and the kitchen opens right into this space, so cooking and conversation never feel separate.
Every guest gets sufficient room to spread out. The primary suite, a king bedroom a few steps down from the laundry room, sits apart from the rest of the house with its own en suite bathroom and a desk for remote work. The queen bedroom off the dining room has a reading nook and a curtain that opens onto the dining room, so the ocean is the first thing you see from bed. A second door leads to the kitchen, putting morning coffee close at hand. The twin room off the living room suits kids, who get their own space without being far from the action.
The second bathroom sits off the laundry room, which gives it more privacy than one off the living room. It was recently renovated and has a step-in shower. The laundry room’s washer and dryer make longer stays easier.
Outside, the back deck holds the hot tub and fire pit, both facing the water, so you keep the view whichever you choose. A lower seating area, sheltered by shrubs, sits closer to the sunset and out of the wind. Private stairs lead straight to the beach, and few oceanfront homes offer access like this, with nothing between you and the surf. Out front, a covered patio with a BBQ and dining table is ready for meals.

Notes from your host
- Stairs: The primary suite is a few steps down, and the beach is reached by stairs. Keep that in mind if anyone in your group has limited mobility.
- Queen bedroom privacy: The bedroom closes off from the dining room with a curtain, not a door.
- Ocean safety: Oregon’s surf is cold and powerful. Sneaker waves and rip currents happen. Never turn your back on the ocean, and keep kids close on the beach.
- Fire pit and hot tub: Follow posted rules and any seasonal fire restrictions.
- Not pet friendly, please make arrangements if you have a pet. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
We are available 24/7 if you need any support or have any questions. We will check in to see if you have any questions or need anything otherwise you will have the place to your selves.
