  4. If we're not a fit, we tell you honestly — and if we know an Oregon manager who is a better fit for your home, we'll point you there.

We only work in Oregon. We don't manage homes in Washington, California, or anywhere else. Our depth comes from focus.

Our co-founders are in the work. Ryan handles revenue strategy. Stephanie leads operations. Gerard owns the homeowner relationship. When you sign with Cascadia, you don't get handed off to an account manager — you work with the people who built the company.
