The property was great. Best beach we have been to. Quick walk to the beach which was amazing. The home was very nice, and perfect for our family. Great experience would love to book this property again.

Great home for a large group in Neskowin! You can walk to the beach easily, the kitchen is well stocked and the home has room for everyone! We would stay here again.

We had a great time and enjoyed this beautiful place in Neskowin! The beds are comfortable and everything was nice and clean. They went above and beyond to bring us ground coffee and a coffee grinder (since we only had whole coffee beans) so that we could enjoy coffee. Would rent from them again!

Our party of 7 guests and 2 dogs were extremely comfortable in this beautiful home during our stay. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of cozy seating in the living room for everyone to watch a movie together. The house is full of light and the separate lookout tower space was nice for quiet time. This stretch of beach is also lovely - quiet and beautiful. The only thing to note is that the beach access isn’t exactly convenient. You have to walk down a steep grassy hill where there isn’t a defined pathway. We managed alright by but it definitely wouldn’t be safe for older guests or those with mobility impairments.

The place was beautiful and looked like the photos, but it was also fairly grimy feeling. The carpet in particular was coated with dirt and other debris. One of the upstairs rooms had a strong musty smell. They also use what seems to be an automated text system for communication, which just couldn't get details right. They texted me probably 5 or 6 times before check in with various links and codes, all of which did not ultimately work. The housekeeper ended up letting me in the front door and gave me the correct code and I had to call for the outer gate code when I got stranded outside the neighborhood. Neskowin is a really lovely place so you can't go wrong there, but I probably wouldn't choose this house again.

Love this beach house! Cute decor and lots of space to spread out! The views of the ocean were amazing and the short walk to the quiet beach was perfect. Florence is about 15 min drive for groceries and anything extra you may have forgotten. We will stay again!
