Promenade 502 - Top-Floor Oceanfront Penthouse — Guest Reviews

We had a wonderful stay at the Promenade 502 penthouse. The location is superb. Stunning views of the beach and ocean from the main bedroom, living/dining room, and balcony. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Property has washer and dryer inside. All three bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were very nice. The management company "Cascadia Getaways" was incredibly helpful and very prompt in replies to any inquiries. My 3.5-year-old was enamored with the property and wanted to live there. We had a wonderful time.Preface: this is an incredibly minor complaint and is intended for the cooks/chefs who stay at the property and intend to do most of their own meals.The only complaint that I could possibly write about was with the "fully equipped gourmet kitchen". The cooking implements provided at the property left much to be desired considering the description. If this review does get read, I highly recommend the Babish brand thru Amazon. They are good quality and cheap enough to not worry about having to replace them due to loss/damage. 'Twas unpleasant to find that there were no liquid measuring cups on site and the dry measuring cups were cheap red plastic ones. The pots, pans, etc were sorely lacking. Bring some of your own kit/gear. I brought my own knives as is normal for me and was glad I did.OVERALL a phenomenal property and would stay there again!!! The property was amazing! The Penthouse was very clean, the service with the staff was excellent!! I can’t say enough great things about our experience! The view, the beach, the property itself, everything was beautiful!! Shopping was close and easy from groceries to trinkets and souvenirs!!

For the view and beach access, worth the money! Pristine and spacious interior. Walking distance our a few minutes drive to every activity we wanted to do. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

great property on the beach Positive: the location was excellent. the facility was large and comfortable Negative: the bed in the main was a little too soft and creaked. also a selection of pillows would have been helpful, the two on the bed were too soft

What great accommodations. staff was super helpful and answered all our questions before and during our stay overlooks the beach and close to ask the shopping and food seaside is known for.

First of all, the location is absolutely beautiful, with the ocean right in front of the property. We had a few questions during our stay, and whenever we called or sent a message, the team responded right away. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and for providing such a wonderful experience. We would definitely love to stay here again if it's available in the future!

The condo was lovely and exactly as shown in the listing. The view of the beach and ocean is just breathtaking and nothing was better than lounging in the evening to watch the sunset. It can get a little warm in the late afternoon, but the place has ceiling fans which help. The windows open from the floor so if you have toddlers or small children then just keep in mind that you can really only open the windows over the balcony (some of the other windows did have child-locks though we decided not to risk it). Overall the place was cleaned well before our arrival and had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely responsive and answered all our questions beforehand. 2 outdoor well-sized parking spots - which is great because once you get there everything you need is basically in walking distance.

Couldn’t ask for a nicer place to stay in Seaside.

Beautiful view penthouse on the ocean! Had 3 bathrooms with 2 jetted tubs. Beds are extremely comfortable. Interior dated but nice!
