Great time for my wife birthday Great view and clean They were helpful and responsive

This unit has an exceptional view and location in Seaside. We stayed for 3 nights over a weekend in September with 4 adults and two smaller dogs, and it was overall a great stay. The unit itself is quite dated - basically looks original from the 70's and showing it's age from when it was built, but then again aren't we all. Everything in the unit was functional and we were comfortable throughout the stay. You really can't beat the perfect 180 degree view of ocean and beach which the building and especially this 6th floor unit w/balcony opens out onto. It is also just far enough from the main Seaside shopping street that you don't have to go far at all but also not too close to the noise/crowds. It's a good unit that could use some updates and TLC to really shine but that has the view and location to make you overlook and/or forget any imperfections.

We enjoyed our stayed at this condo. The view and location were totally amazing! If you are looking for something close to the beach and close to all the Seaside activities and restaurants, this is the perfect place. In addition the communication was very good.There were a few not so great things about the unit. The floors were quite dirty and we had to wipe down the deck chairs before we could sit in them. It looks much cleaner and newly remodeled in the pictures vs reality. Also, make sure to bring your own beach towels. This is the first beach rental we have stayed at that didn’t supply beach towels. The toilet paper was awful. We actually bought some at the store and replaced it. In short, we definitely expected better based on the cost.

The location can’t be beat and the facing the ocean condos are spectacular.

Beautiful view, truly breathtaking. top floor. had the slider open enjoying the beautiful scenery . The hostess was responsive and front desk stayed open late when I needed to grab a different charger. Only downside was no late check out for the extremely early check out.

Great view filthy condo. Positive: Location Negative: Filthy, dirty. The hall bathroom was a mess. The shower didn't drain. So you ended up in inches of standing water when you showered. The toilet continued to run the entire time. If you walked barefoot on the floor your feet were black with dirt within five minutes. There was visible dust on top of the coffee maker, all of the baseboards. The condo is seriously outdated. Also, despite there being ample empty parking spaces in the building, we were forced to park across the street in the Budget Motel parking lot. Where there was lots of nefarious activity going on morning noon and night.

the staff in front office was wonderful, pleasant, & helpful. we had minor problem with tv's in both bedrooms they came to room and fixed the problem in a few minutes, cables were plugged in wrong. we will definitely be booking sand & sea for our next visit

We have been here several times and absolutely love the location and the view, and all the windows across the front of the condo! One of our favorite places to visit!

Wonderful area This was our second year staying at this property. The view was beautiful.

The view was lovely and the place was clean, it just needs quite a bit of maintenance. Host was very responsive and easy to work with.
