Absolutely gorgeous view and location. I visited with my family, ages ranging from 4 to 79, and we all loved it. We hope to return. Comfortable, charming, just what I was looking for.

Been to Seaside many times, this was a first time in a Condo environment. The condo was clean but there was some renovation going on. Unfortunately for me, I screwed up by renting on the 6th floor as my wife is terrified of heights. Live and learn, I suppose.

Laura at the front desk was the bright light with this booking, super nice and helpful. Upon picking up the keys, moving an entire cartful of our stuff to the 6th floor with only 1 of 2 working elevators for 60+ units, we were met with a broken deadbolt. Another trip down and up the elevator of despair and a quick talk with Laura’s stand-in, as she was at lunch, led to a full on assault of the deadbolt with a crowbar and set of pliers that identified as a hammer, led to the conclusions that 1) deadbolts are surprisingly easy to tear out and 2) the key works on the handle and not the deadbolt. D’oh. Anyway, we got in after 30+ minutes, and were met by a sauna and a condo apartment that looked like it was outfitted by goodwill. To be fair, it matched the pictures exactly. However, the combination of the view, water pressure, and hot water negated everything and sleep was had.

Great view of the ocean! Easy check in. The condo was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with utensils however I couldn't find a frying pan and had to use a strange looking pot to fry my eggs in. The living room couch could use end tables on either side. No place to put drinks while viewing TV. The policies on check out time could be a little more lenient! 10:00 is a little early given that better hotels allow you to check out at 12:00. I would settle for 11:00!

Location is good Positive: The view, the staff. Location Negative: Parking, room decor. Beds not great. Was not told about construction. Too pricey.

Great view and area, little to no complaints, was kind of half moder half antique like vibe. But overall worth it.

This property is spacious, very comfortable and has a wonderful view. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Would stay here again.

Overall it was good. A few issues however. We had 6 people. 2 of which were planning on using the 2 pullout couches. One then had a sign on it that it wasn't working. Also, there were no sheets for the other pullout. The few blankets we found were old and musty smelling. More care needs to be taken with beding and having it fresh and clean.

Wonderful stay! The view is incredible, the condo is spacious and comfortable. The host was able to resolve a maintenance issue very quickly, very responsive. Would stay again for sure.

3.5/5 Amazing views with huge floor-ceiling windows overlooking the coast. A window with a coast view in the master bedroom was a huge plus. The location is very close to the Turnaround and all of the restaurants and shops. The decore is somewhere between antique- chique and grandma’s house. Fortunately, the mattresses are from this decade and very comfy. Unfortunately, the pillows are all antiques too and were all flat and lumpy. 2 out of the 3 outlets in the kitchen did not work. Fully half of the outlets in the bedroom were linked to the light switch. Some of the outlets in the condo were looser than an XXXL mumu. Good luck finding a place to charge your phone. Overall good stay, but needs some refreshing to be worth the money.

Good place to stay and extremely close to the beach. Highly recommend

We had a great time! Within walking distance to everything. The staff was great and very accommodating. There’s no way to beat the beautiful ocean view from our room.
