This was a perfect family getaway! Beautiful location and close to everything in town. We would return.

My family of 5 loved staying here. It was perfect for us. The view from the balcony of the beach was awesome. The place was clean and well appointed!

Great View My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, decorated cute and had great views! The check in at the front desk was fast, easy and the staff was very friendly. We will be returning for another amazing stay.

Our day was fantastic! Breathtaking views, and an incredible location. The beach and restaurants are a few footsteps away yet being on the sixth floor meant that we were removed from the commotion. The condo was beautifully renovated and spotlessly clean. Beds are comfortable, but not quite luxurious, and that’s the only area that I might say could be improved. However, I did sleep just fine and so did the rest of the family. We hope to stay again!

Loved this condo! View was excellent, space was impeccable, easy access to the beach and prom. On site property management was super friendly. They even prepared a list of restaurants open on Christmas Day, along with a holiday gift basket for us. There were luggage racks to help unload/load vehicles. We’ll be back!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. Cozy, clean, spacious, it really checked all our boxes. The staff is very proactive and welcoming. We would love to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Sand & Sea Condominiums, Unit 614. The condo was immaculately clean, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped - we cooked most of our meals because it was such a great space. The partial ocean view and view of Tillamook Head were beautiful, especially from the large windows.\n\nThe furniture and beds were very comfortable, with soft, cozy linens. The location is perfect - just one block from the promenade with direct beach access right out of the building, making it easy to walk everywhere.\n\nThe hosts were thoughtful and welcoming, providing local restaurant recommendations and coupons (we loved the coffee discounts and the free seal food at the aquarium!). Even on a rainy January day, the condo felt warm and inviting, and we enjoyed watching the stormy coast from inside.\n\nFive stars all around. We’d absolutely stay here again!

I have never left a negative review, but feel that this is important enough to discuss. The seal on the refrigerator was shot and couldn't be closed properly and we had to put ice in the refrigerator to keep food cold. The master bath drain overflowed after two minutes and took about 20 minutes to drain afterwards. This is not a thing that just happens. The two parking passes were not permitted, just one. We had 6 people and towels for four. One bed had no sheets or pillowcases. Check-in at 4pm didn't happen. We had to sit and wait, along with other families for over an hour and 15 minutes before getting our keys because housekeeping walked out. The front desk was polite telling me they would have people in the morning to fix things. Never happened and there was no follow up call. Instead I get a text using a bunch of polite words that called everything unfortunate. This wasn't unfortunate, this was neglect of basic amenities. Beautiful view from the side and honestly... This place could really be a gem if there was better management. Location is great, but there appears to not be the stability of employees. Talked with several people who didn't know things because they were new. Severely disappointed.

We loved our stay!! The view was great, the chairs on the balcony were so comfortable! Everything was beautiful, clean and felt comfortable! They had called and asked if there was anything we were celebrating and I told them of our upcoming 14th anniversary and they had a balloon, chocolate and a nice card wishing us a happy anniversary! I thought that was such a sweet touch! ALSO, we were given a packet of coupons for local places around town! We were told that the kids sell them as a fundraiser for school and that they(the host) provide these to all of their renters. Which is AMAZING, they’re supporting schools, the youth and giving to their renters all at the same time. So sweet! Thank you for the awesome stay!

We had a wonderful stay and felt right at home! Great location for enjoying the beach, sunsets, long walks and fun! Highly recommend - you won't be disappointed.

This condo is amazing! Floor to ceiling windows with an ocean view on the top floor. The entire condo was very clean and remodeled. Kitchen was wonderful and fully stocked. Cascadia Getaways is the property management company for a private owned condo. They were extremely responsive with any issues we had. It should be noted the condos were under construction on the weekdays from around 9-5 and there was noise. It did not bother us as we loved the condo and we were very sad to leave. This was right by the ocean and the main shopping/tourist area. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great stay

We booked last minute and were very happy with our choice. The view from the floor to ceiling windows was amazing. The condo is very comfortable including the Murphy bed.

This condo was beautiful! The location was great and being right on the beach was amazing! Loved that it had a full kitchen and fully stocked with everything you would need. We will definitely stay again!

What a beautiful condo! Nicely updated, with stunning views. Close proximity to beach and boardwalk made walking to dinner and activities a breeze. We didn't mind the lack of AC, but something to be aware of. Murphy bed in living room made for a nice sleep option to get the patio breeze! Would definitely stay again- the views are a work of art!

The floors were not swept clean, the refrigerator seal was off the door, elevator FOB did not consistently work after 10 PM, when you had to walk to 1st floor to send the elevator down to lobby. Besides these mentions; the accommodations were good. It should be made very clear that ocean view does not mean ocean front view.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect, just steps away from a variety of great restaurants, making dining out a breeze. The ocean view from the property is simply stunning—waking up to that breathtaking scenery was a highlight of our trip. The place itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A beautiful location directly on the prom. Stunning views from the top floor. Relaxing and quiet with everything you need close by. The condo is very clean and well appointed and the floor to ceiling windows made it hard to leave. We slept on the murphy bed in the livingroom to take full advantage of the views. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
