- Connecting units – For larger gatherings, book side-by-side condos such as Units 306 + 308, which together accommodate up to 12 guests — ideal for families who want to stay near each other while maintaining privacy.
Explore the Spaces: Layouts & Floor Plans
The Sand & Sea Condominium rentals are spread out across the building’s 6 stories and are all even numbered. Oceanfront units are numbered 00 to the north, increasing by 2 toward the south corner (08). Round the corner on the south side of the building to unit 10, then door numbers increase by 2 until room 18, furthest toward the east. For example the first floor oceanfront northernmost unit is 100. The top floor southernmost oceanfront unit is 608, and the top floor closest to downtown Seaside would be unit 618. All of the number 10 units are 1 bedroom and all other condos are 2 bedrooms. The building plan shows how this works!

The motel has 8 units, each offering comfortable one-bedroom layouts for 2–6 guests. You can also book the entire motel to accommodate up to 25 guests — ideal for family reunions, retreats, or group getaways.
Step Inside: Layouts & Spaces You’ll Love
Front Units: Unit 10 is the closest to the highway. (on its right), with Unit 9 on its left. Unit 9 is situated between Unit 10 and Unit 8. Unit 8 is adjacent to the laundry room on its left and Unit 9 on its right.
Middle Units: Units 12 and Unit 13 are located midway back in the parking lot, with the office positioned between them. These units do not share walls with other units and are the quietest due to their location.
Back Units: Units 4, 6, and 7 are furthest from the road and have back decks facing the forest. Unit 4 is located next to the fire pit hangout area on its left and a long-term renter’s unit on its right.
Shared Amenities: The fire pit, grill, and picnic area are located behind Unit 4. The laundry room is situated in the front row of units, next to Unit 8.

Guests can gather around the communal fire pit for stories and s’mores, cook together on the shared grills, or enjoy meals in the outdoor picnic and seating areas while taking in the stunning mountain views.
