Stephanie served in the military, where solid logistics aren't a slogan but a survival skill. Nothing falls through the cracks because the cost of a dropped detail is too high. And she grew up inside her mother's medical insurance coding business, where every claim has to be documented to forensic standard or it doesn't get paid.

Q: Do you work with homes outside Oregon?
A: No. Our strength is in our hyper-local focus. We serve homes exclusively in Oregon.

Q: What platforms do you list on?
A: Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Google Travel, Expedia, HomeToGo, Saavy, Trip.com, Whimstay, Hopper, Directo, AirDeal and our own high-converting website. We are constantly evaluating our distribution partners to ensure they align with our strategies for your home.

Q: Can I still use my home?
A: Absolutely. You set blackout dates for personal stays, and we manage the rest.
