What a beautiful, cozy, and clean air bnb this was. We got it last second before the huge volleyball tournament in seaside. The view was so cool with the balcony. It was right next to the Main Street in seaside. The workers at the front desk were so friendly. They were cracking jokes and in such a good mood. Perfect for what you need when you visit Seaside:)

Great location and the common area was beautiful and open. Loved the floor to ceiling windows. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathrooms are cool and from the seventies. One gold and one avocado green. Got a giggle out of them. Everything worked and great water pressure.

This place was spacious, had a lovely backyard for a dog, and the location COULD NOT BE BEAT. We were so close to absolutely every restaurant, bar, and coffee shop on our to-do list, and we were a short drive from all the vineyards we wanted to visit!

Communication and location are top notch! Pricey but that’s what you get during peak travel times.

The Sand and Sea is close to the Promenade center and shops. The room was lovely. We had a side room, but had an excellent view of the water from our balcony.

Excellent lil home away from home. Was quiet, close to wineries, walking distance to restaurants and we enjoyed the private back yard after the weather got cooler in evening's. Carlton is a darling historic town.

One of our favorite stays in Oregon. Right off of the beach with easy access. The property was very nice, clean, and well maintained. Would book here again!

We will absolutely stay here again. It was great, not just in terms of location. But location was awesome. The staff was amazing and the communication was excellent throughout the whole booking. 5 stars. No question.

Great place, better than expected. Nicely updated, loved that it was on the first floor. Beautiful windows overlooking the ocean. Very close to the promenade, and easy to get everywhere. Beds were super comfortable. Will stay again!
